The Shoals Youth Bassmasters begins the (SYBM) 31st year of youth fishing May 21st at Joe Wheeler Lodge ramp, First Creek, Wheeler Lake. The Bassmaster youth club was one of the first such clubs in the nation. The SYBM organization is now one of the oldest in the country and one of, if not, the biggest Bassmaster bass fishing youth clubs.
The youths fish with an adult in each tournament. The club is an excellent opportunity to introduce young boys and girls to the great sport of fishing. If you are not near enough to fish with this organization, look for close to you or start one yourself.

Tournaments will begin at 7:00 A.M. and weigh-in will be at 11:00 A.M.
There will be three divisions:
1. 10 and Under
2. 11 thru. 15
3. 16 thru. 18
Anglers in each division must have a responsible adult advisor.
The year end picnic will be held after the last tournament. You must be a member prior to this tournament.
