The Bassmaster Classic runs Friday, March 6 through March 8. The Classic pros will be competing on Lake Guntersville, Guntersville, AL, and weighing-in at the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex in Birmingham, AL There are other scheduled things for you to see in Birmingham after attending the morning launch on Lake Guntersville. Might as well keep busy while the Classic contenders are fishing.

First day of competition and Military Appreciation Day

– 10 a.m.–2 p.m., Bassmaster “Get Hooked on Fishing,” Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex Piazza
– 11 a.m.–Noon, Ribbon Cutting for the Bassmaster Classic Outdoors Expo, Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex (BJCC)
