The Southern Fishing News Student Angler Series class made a stop in Rogersville, Alabama on April 20 to talk fishing with the Rogersville Tigers Bass Team.
Most of the team members, coach and some boat captains assembled for a class on bass fishing and the art of finesse fishing in particular.
The free class features a digital slide show to augment oral points, rods and reels rigged with various finesse configurations, lures and tackle boxes containing needed items for putting an actual rig together.

Another popular feature of the class (if not the most popular) are lures, promotional brand wear, decals, hooks and catalogs from class sponsors in the fishing industry. Door prizes of higher ticket items are also given away. The high school bassin’ students go away with a few new ideas on how to catch bass and a bag of goodies.
